Dude this is exciting! Best of luck on the launch! Solid price point and a good idea in general. Can't wait!

I would love for this Light Mount to be the first Product Review on my channel! If you’re interested in sending me one for a review, let me know. I’ll send it back once the video is done.
I had a similar idea about a year ago but I have no experience or knowledge with making a product come to life. Good work gentlemen! Keep it up.

Im from NC and I love seeing brands like this pop up, and I wanna support it.. My question is, does the hinge move freely or does it lock in place once u figure out what position u want it in? My concern is will it loosen after a while and start slapping my light into my rail?

@WettDoggTV great question. It locks in place via the tightening nut. It is a compression mechanism, but we have not had any issues with slippage. You can always use loctite to be sure. Check out the reviews on our website: www.meteoriteconcepts.com/products/pivot-adapter

Can't wait for it to come out. Wish it used Torx screws for everything instead of allen heads though.

@GldenRetriever Can't wait to get it to you! I tend to like torx screws as well, but in this case, I think I prefer the hex.

Isn't this the same as the overbore swvl?

@mikewazowski8013 great question! Bobro has a similar mount as well, but ours has a few key differences compared to the competition: 1) Ours is compatible with surefire pro mounts, so you can buy only the adapter if you already have a pro mount. 2) Our design brings the pivot point close to the rail (compare it to the overbore design), which tends to allow for a greater number of viable positions. 3) Ours should come in at a slightly lower price point.

@@compulsivegunbuyerbringing the pivot point closer to the rail limits movement.. so that’s false. That’s why I bought theirs with a modlite and dropped the SF pro.
