I used to get an upset stomach when training calves I found that this happened when I started to feel the burn in the calves. I was able to get through this uncomfortable feeling in my stomach by training my calves even though my stomach got upset. After a while my body got used to training calves and the uncomfortable feeling in my stomach went away. You have to train your calves at least once a week and your body will get used to the burn in the calves and the uncomfortable feeling in the stomach will go away. ❤👍💪

sorry, thats not the way to do bird dog. Look at your lower back while you do it, you are constantly flexing and extending your abdomen while you move the legs/arms, thats not how you create stability for moves like squats or deadlifts or any other compound movement.Also push with your heel, like youre doing a leg press, no need to lift the leg towards the sky.
