Do you have to remove this when putting the top down?
Yes.. if you unhinge the front to flip it back, the liner comes back with it so you will have to unhook the straps first.
Yes. If you would like to put the soft top down, you will need to remove the headliner. It is quick and easy and should take less than a minute!
Could you guys make a video showing soft top operation when this product is installed?
With the bungees all in the hooks, it wouldn't be possible.

Followed the directions and the liner was installed easily. Took about 15 mins using an electric drill.

My Jeep Gladiator Soft Top Hothead headliner did not come with 2 self tapping screws. Triple xhecked the little bag. Tons of extra hooks and 4 extra bands, but no screws. So, that's up to the customer to source?
Also, watched this video intently and confirmed front/rear which was obvious, but it's slouchy and not taught and tight. Does not look like what you have in this video.

The soft top headliner is designed with a slight sag in the front to accommodate the removable nature of the kit.
