    I had my second injection 11 days ago. Unfortunately I contracted Covid at one week and have been weak and sleeping a great deal. At first I thought my constant dizziness was a side effect from the covid but realize it’s from the injection! I mean I can’t sit up, walk by myself or even move my head side to side without spinning. I’m absolutely despondent. My question is, what can I do to encourage my healthy ear to perform the correction? Do I need PT? I totally enjoyed your video. It was very helpful. I will share it with my loved ones so they get it.

    Your always soo good at explaning these things. 👍 I hope for and with you that the positive effects of the gentemiacin holds on long enough to get you in with the new doctor. 🤞🕯️
    Hugs Marloes❤️

    Hi Kelly, you're so precious and thank you for being available for so many of us. I'm going for 6 PT visits to help my balance. Thankfully my balance isn't very compromised. Just diagnosed with Menieres about 10 months ago. Praying for you for relief from your symptoms and that you'll be vertigo free after surgery. And belated happy birthday too! :)

      Oh thank you for your kind words and your birthday wish!! That means so much to me. I hate you live with Meneire's too. I hope the PT helps you! Let me now how it goes. Thankfully I am now symptom free after my body adjusted to the gentamicin!! YAY! I'm hopeful it lasts until I can get surgery.

    Hi Kelly, i am at 7 days since since my first gentamicin injection, but still i can't feel any imbalance symptoms. How many days did it take you before feeling some effects ? i am worried it didnt work

    • @IncredibleAnyway
      @IncredibleAnyway  ปีที่แล้ว

      I am SO sorry I couldnt' get back with you sooner. I have been very ill and then had surgery and couldn't look at my comments til now. Sometimes it took 10-14 days for the gentamicin to kick in for me. Sometimes as short as 4 days. Have you experienced any symptoms yet?

    Hi Kelly! Was it a low dose gentamicin that you were administered… I took a low dose one two days ago, have been having disequilibrium since then… waiting for it to subside…😟

    • @IncredibleAnyway
      @IncredibleAnyway  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The time I was discussing in this video, it was definitely high dose of gentamicin. I hope that the disequilibrium evens out for you soon. Hope it gets rid of your vertigo too!

    I am taking betahistine and it has pretty much worked for me.. And despite of having good balance i am afraid to get off of betahistine..
    I am reducing the dosages though.. Had my last vertigo attack in May 2022. Since then, no major vertigo, but sometimes get dizzy and off balance which is not too severe... been living with it since 2017..
    I hope never to get vertigo attack ever again, 🤧

    • @IncredibleAnyway
      @IncredibleAnyway  ปีที่แล้ว

      THat is wonderful that betahistine worked for you!! I can understand why you are reluctant to get off of it. At least you know that if you get off of it and get more vertigo again, you can go back on it. But I truly hope you never get another attack again! They are horrible.
