30.09.2022 Vladimir Putin declares Russian rule over four occupied regions of Ukrainian territory - Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzia and Kherson.
The same evening, Rogaland Musikkråd invited Ukrainian refugees to an introduction about local music and cultural offerings in the Stavanger region.
