  • I created a simple Starlink Mini RV ladder pole mount for my Leisure Travel Vans Unity using the existing 8' extension pole that I already carry to wash my LTV windows or coach. This pole mount makes it quick and easy to mount a Starlink Mini on an RV ladder. Then just turn the pole to Align the panel as the Starlink Mini App dictates. Plug your Starlink Mini power unit into your existing exterior outlet for power. I have a 3000w inverter with Lithionics Lithium batteries so all my LTV outlets are powered by the inverter/batteries or shore power. I use the outlet adapter below with the Mini power unit so it can plug in fully to the exterior outlet. If you have a LP Generator it would be very easy to add a 5521 (5.5mmx2.1mm) female jack to the battery side of the generator Isolator Solenoid to power the Mini directly from the battery and use a much shorter power cord for the Mini ladder mount. See this video for details about the LP Generator power supply, • Tire Pressure Monitor ... .
I used 2 zip ties to attach the S Hook hanger to the ladder. I also used zip ties to secure the Velcro Straps I use to secure the pole. I used 1 screw to secure the Threaded Pole Adapter to the 3/4" PVC Threaded Coupler.

I used my Starlink Mini from my ladder for a number of camping spots, and captured obstruction and speed test data. While I parked under some trees, the obstructions were never enough to degrade the Starlink Mini connectivity to where it affected its use. I might have experienced a couple of instances of buffering, but very minimal overall. My ladder mount is a success in my book.

Great idea for the newer generation of Starlink dishes.... I have the older Gen 3 version (automatically locks onto satellites) on top of a Harbor Freight Telescoping flagpole. All you have to do is remove the decorative ball and drill out the top cap. The cap already has concentric circles marked on it, The second circle is the exact diameter or the Starlink attachment pole. So, I can use the factory push button to lock the dish into the flagpole. This winter, I'll be cutting the cord and adding his and her RJ45 connections to the rear mask by the trailer hitch in an weather tight box. I removed a shelf in the media cabinet (Unity MB) above the fuse block in order to stand the Starlink router up and the cable runs down into the cargo bay below and exits onto the ground.
