Yeah, I've tried the internal temperature sensor code; gives the same value as 53.33°C always.

in the convertion to celcius , if we solve 53.3333 to the temprature sens read , it comes out 63.994 , like almost 64 , witch is halve of 128 .maybe it is defaulted to that value .

I have uploaded a similar sketch to two dev kit esp32 modules and both give the correct (well they both measure but not accurate) temperature. One module if quite old and the other is a new Chinese ebay module.

LED not glowing fully in ur code because of ESP32 accept resolution upto 1024 (it's 255 in Arduino). PWM on ESP32 is different from Arduino. Even Servo library of Arduino won't work on ESP32 directly.

Why would Espressif make a sensor that outputs Fahrenheit? They are not an American company. Crazy.

1:00 The Esp32 has code for the temperature sensor in the arduino IDE.
1:23 Yes there is no AnalogWrite, but you can impliment it yourself. It is just around 3 lines of code.
2:40 Most C++ supports (most) C backward compatibility. You can use C code in C++. We use extern C to mostly import from ,c files
7:00 i think the temperature is the temperature of the microcontroller and not of the room. (Do not quote me on this, i couldn't find the source myself in the datasheet)
Jeez man, i think you yourself need to learn a bit more about the board and the C++ prgramming language first.

      Thanks for sharing your experience
But I haven’t shared any wrong information, have I?
First you told temperature sensor example was available but right now it’s not available.so this was correct information from my side
Secondly you told we can implement the same function as of analogwrite in a esp32 code. Well I have also taught that method to make your own PWM signals using other functions. Again correct information
Then you Said most of the c code works in c++. Correct so you just gave a more detail introduction about extern c which is the only thing I appreciate from your comment. But as I
Said in the video I too was not knowing details about extern c. Whatever i have explained that particular thing I learned from other video whose link is also attached in the description
At last you said about the temperature sensor. First of all if you are not confident about your answer then why to mention it.
You said that it shows the temperature of processor but it’s not mentioned anywhere. While I have also seen one video In which he is getting variable temperature value by exposing esp32 under bulb light so what about that???
I think you should watch the video twice and then comment below as whatever I have said in the video is correct based upon the current scenario

      @@techiesms
To my first point: I tought the example was availble. Sorry.
To my second point: you said the analogWrite wasn't available. I mean, it is a function and anyone can write functions.
To my third point: You are welcome
To my fourth point, i said, i thought is was the microprocessor temperature. Surely the temperature will increase near a hot source. Read cdn.sparkfun.com/datasheets/IoT/esp32_datasheet_en.pdf Paragraph 4.6 (I recommand you read the whole datasheet, if you are interessted in the board). The temperature sensor is not particalar accurate (because of the offset) and some datasheets do not even mention this feature.
How can you say eveything is correct, when you notice that for example the ''extern c' stuff that you said wasn't accurate?

    • @akj7
      @akj7 5 ปีที่แล้ว

@@techiesms By the way, i recommand you get a green screen and some cool background image. This might boost your video quality.
