SAME!!!! 😂😂😂😂 It's 9pm and I wanted to hear the Anxiety and Depression bit & laughed 😂until I peed!!! No shame. I live alone. Have Anxiety and Depression myself. Cried uncontrollably when he described in detail how Anxiety comes at night and the shoulder pain.😢😢😢😢 It just feels so good knowing I'm not alone. ❤❤❤❤❤
My Mother thinks that there's something wrong with me when I start laughing at these comedy shows so hard, that my ribs hurt and I start crying! I can't breathe because I'm laughing so hard. 😂

Adam Ferrera has been a consistently funny, talented comedian with a great stage presence and personality with warmth, charm and sincerity for at least a couple decades. I remember seeing him when he was a lot younger and as he has aged, and he has aged very well indeed.
His comedy has helped me through some dark times. Hope to see him in person again

As someone who actually suffers from both of these issues, this is actually exactly how it is. You are afraid of many things, and feel down in the dumps constantly because of it. You question everything and blame yourself for the problems.
I can't believe it. I'm bipolar with anxiety and depression. I had no idea that other people wake up pissed off and angry! LOL my doctors act like I am some sort of anomaly! Thank God I found this video. I can throw it in my doctors' faces. Lol
I wake up the same way, and it takes me forever to get to sleep as well....that anxiety is a bastard 24/7, and the depression just tops it all off. BTW, speaking from experience, most doctors are awful and many times I've had to educate THEM about something, like a medication, and they'd tell me I was wrong, except for only 1 doctor I've ever seen that was savvy to everything I'd mention when every other doctor thought I was an idiot.

I, too, have A.D.D. and wasn't diagnosed until I was 12. I tell my friends stories about my family, and they crack up😄😁😂🤣. The family doesn't laugh. Until I tell them stories about my friends. 😄😁😆🤣. Lol has NOTHING on how my friends and family laugh. Belly laughs and tears.

I'm Italian living in Italy and am well aware of the heritage that the Italians who migrated to the USA in the last century have embued in their children... I was talking about it this mórning with a dear freien from Greece, who told me how she cannot explain the cocktail of emotions I trigger in her when I tell my stories to her... There is an impulse to cry and bursts of laughter at the same exact time... It's a unique cocktail of emotions that our culture heritage, DNA, mothers and fathers have planted in us... It resonates with emotion opposites all the time.. And I guess that's one more reason why Italians are perceived as theatrical and exaggerated...the eteral inner dispute is Aaaaalways On, and it needs to be vented. I come from a very cultivated family, 3 /4 languages each I clouding my dad, humanistic studies and all... But listening to Adam felt like my soul was being washed and hung to dry in the sun. Bless him.
