He used to open for Louie, so Louie obviously likes him. Ted & I went to the same schools & Church for almost two decades. I knew him pretty well & he is a very good guy & an excellent comedian. We are on completely opposite sides politically, but he is a good dude. Also was the best basketball player in our very big neighborhood in Queens NY. He was a legit beast.

It was reported by one of the producers the day the NDA he had to sign to work on the show expired, and confirmed by others who were present. He and his property mgmt company was found guilty of rejecting the rental applications of all black people who applied, which they had done for several years. He took out full page ads in the paper saying the minority teens known as the Central Park 5, should be given the death penalty for their crime. They were convicted and spent years in prison proclaiming their innocence, and when DNA proved they were in fact innocent and had been frightened into confessing by the cops, Trump took out another full page ad ranting about how they should never be released because even if they didn't do that, you could tell they were criminals just by looking at them, so they had to have done things they deserved execution for.
