      Hello kuya..new subscriber here.Nagtry ako ng 2kls din po.Recipe ko nakuha ko sa uba 6 pm ako nahstart magmasa.niluto ko ng 6.lumaki cya ng sobra at pagluto ko po bumagsak..Ano po kaya ang mali at kulang sa ginawa ko?Actually sir,sa ingridients na bigay sa akin walang egg at milk.Flour,sugar,vanilla,margarine,oil,salt, at water lang..nakailang try na ako pero never ko nakuha samantalang madami na akong niluluto na first time pero nakukuha ko agad..tia po.sana mapansin.

    Kuya julz may tanong lng. Ok lng ba sa gas stove oven? Yun lng kasi ang meron didto then gusto ko sana i try na mag malunggay pandesal didto sa amin kasi malayo kasi ang bakery didto. Pa sagot naman kya julz.

    Kuya juls may tanung po ako. sa Ingredients nyo pong na share regarding sa yeast. right after pong namasa nyo sya sa 1 Tsp (Tablespoon po ba or Teaspon) na yeast ilang oras po bago nyo binaston? Salamat po. :) Taga marining cabuyao lang po ako.

      try nyo po magmasa ng mga 5pm tapos mga 15ml na takal na yeast po..adjust nyo na lang po sa sunod na araw kung kulang po o sobra..

      Kung ano pong available na flour ma'am minsan kc walang stock na brand.. pero madalas ko pong gamit ay el durado madali kc sya pakinisin sa dough roller compare sa other brand

      ang nakikita ko pong pag kakaiba is ussually malalambot lang dough sa mixer at madalas din syang gamit sa mga special na tinapay..
      at sa dough roller nman po medyo matigas ang dough kc mahirap iroller pag malambot,,at madalas din sya gamit sa mga sari-saring tinapay..

    Kuya Julz, ano pong Yeast ang gamit mo? Nung first time ko pong magbake, ang ginamit ko ay active yeast, ginawa ko ng 5pm or 6pm, kinaumagahan nagbake ako, medyo maasim, hindi ko alam kung bakit 💔

      red star yeast bro, pag pandesal un gamit ko..pwede rin nmn ung saf o angel yeast pero ang magana sa red star yeast hindi dumadapa ang pandesal...pag maasim bro over alsa na un.. o madami ka nailagay na yeast
