@djsmithy Thanks :) I'm using software. The song here was done with an old midi sequencer program called Evolution Midi with some Yamaha synthesizer software. You can listen to a few tunes on soundcloud . com / rami-airola One of them is also originally a midi (the Viitaniemi one, it's one of my own favorites). The other two are made with Jeskola Buzz tracker program with more authentic 80's sounds.
You got some really good sounds out of it, that sequencer is so old school it won't run on 7 64-bit! Thanks for the souncloud link, and also thanks for the add on facebook. Feel free to spam my wall with any of your creations or random banter!
onko tämä track & field in barcelona, ja jos on niin ostitko myöskin anttilasta vuonna kivi ja keppi? :D
Commodore 64:n Decathlon
Erään teorian mukaan, Teimo hävisi.
@djsmithy Thanks :)

No, at least not intentionally. But yeah, I can hear the similarities, and I take this as a compliment :) Thanks!

Was your track "Progetto per il futuro" supposed to sound like x-com (the original). Because it does... in all the right ways :)
A man of many talents! What do you use to make your music?
Software or hardware? No matter what it is, you've truly captured the sound of the 80s.
Teimo on äijien äijä!
