Let me put it this way, getting a new tech gadget is probably one of the most exciting things ever. I felt the same way when I got my original PC parts that I was building, macbook pro and dji mini to name a few. Each time I couldn't sleep properly at night due to anticipation so I know the feeling 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I haven't found sims to slow down my laptop (id not have tons of expansions, about 5 so that could make a difference) but it does get very hot, its never overheated but it does get to hot to just hold on my knee if that makes sense x
yumekuz I can’t remember exactly, but I’m pretty sure when I set up iCloud, I disabled the bit where your photos linked, I just chose to link notes and mail
this is so random, but u mentioned that you had downloaded the sims. i currently have the macbook pro 15" which works completely fine when it comes to playing the sims, i have heard that some people says that playing sims on a macbook 13" can be a bit of a problem since a macbook 15" runs it better(im not a tech so i honestly don't know anything about it lol) i just wanna know if it works and if i its able to run sims hahaha
I haven’t had any problems! I have MANY packs downloaded too and don’t run into many problems, yes it gets hot and can be noisy but I find the game runs smoothly - the only thing I do have is a very small light shadow in my sims when they are moving about but it doesn’t bother me, this only happened recently after downloading more packs!

Honestly because it was all I could afford! If my budget was higher then I would’ve probably upped it but in comparison to my previous MacBook I had double the storage so I was already happy

For me I really like it, it fits in my bag and I find it is a better size if I’ve got it in my knee - this is my third this size and it’s perfect! Big enough to see everything you need but small enough to be portable, hope that helps a bit xx
