    Why do we think that in the future more & more people will have access to directly invest in PE? Are the requirements for high-net-worth individuals being reduced?

      Thanks for your question, Sravya. There are quite a few new feeder funds being created. Also, many wealth managers are pooling investor capital to provide access to funds that usually have higher minimums.

    How attractive is real estate to investors when looking at all their options?

    • @SteveBalaban
      @SteveBalaban  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Luxus, Thank you for your message. Firstly, there are many types of real estate investments such as office, residential commercial, etc. Secondly, each of these types has different stages from development to fully occupied. Thirdly, there are many ways to invest - directly, private real estate funds, REITS, etc.. Finally, and most importantly, it depends on your Investment Policy Statement (IPS - your return/risk objectives based on your liquidity needs, time horizon, tax considerations, legal considerations and unique circumstances) and how the real estate investment fits into your IPS.
      So, unfortunately, my answer to your question is that it depends. Sorry it's not a better answer!
      If you have any follow up questions, please don't hesitate to let me know. I will be doing my best to check comments more often (sorry for the initial delay).
