Hi Geeta..as my children have left the roost..even batters made with least ingredients do not get over..and need to force finish to avoid wastages..your pre-mixes have given me a bright idea to get to make variety of tiffins in little quantities as required for two of us without compromising on taste...I am surely going to make idli,dosa,Vada and Adai pre-mix among others..and enjoy variety breakfast/snacks....i was actually looking for making pre-mixes to send to my daughter who has left due to her job..so will make extra and keep back some☺️.....thanks a ton dear..

Thank you mam for your excellent videos.I got inspired to di ready made sambhar mix ,and ready made radam mix on seeing your various ready made mix videos. I have dry roasted all the ingredients separately including Thoor dhall and grind them in mixie Jar and added Tadka too..I didn't add salt..Just mix in water and add boiled vegetables for sambar or tomato for rasam and added required salt..We can try dry roasting salt too to remove the moisture I think.It has come out well.
