Tree in the kitchen!! I always loved it that my grandparents had a big tree in the kitchen and then while helping my grandmother cook you could enjoy all the Christmas vibes

As a dancer, I would recommend rolling your feet with a tennis ball for relief on your arch ❤ also I love the box tree collar !! And all the decorating things.

Yes and I also use a tennis ball for tension pain on my shoulder and back put the ball against a wall and you sore spot and roll and lean onto the ball moving ball around it really works.
You can also use a gold ball!

I vote for the other big tree in the loft, and get Murphy hung up above the fireplace in the living area, and maybe the little tree in the loft can go in your closet or somewhere unexpected.
Big tree should definitely go go in the basement plus it gives you a reason to show us what the basement looks like 😜

I love the wine barel, u should do a wine barel table n try to find 2 smaller ones and do a lil seating area on your bedroom balcany!!!! Theirs a wine barel with tons of nail holes in it and they put lights in it!!! The nail holes are clustered to make shapes of snowflakes so at night when lit up it looks like snowflakes lit up in the barel. I love it! I miss country living.....our home burnt in a wildfire in ca so we moved to montana and are in town. I cant wait to get bqck to country living. One day sooon hahaha

We have a farm house with a lot of wood. We kept the wood cabinets, but white counter and white subway tile to the ceiling with brass handles and tap. It's classic, warm, rustic, with a touch of modern.
We have that heater and you will love it

love these videos is like I'm on Facetime with a friend. I have some suggestions you might like. 1. Bigger windows in the kitchen, those windows look small and you can't see the view as much as in the main living room. 2. U-shaped sitting area in the porch near the fireplace. Lastly the tree either in the porch or basement. I think the porch would be best cause you'll be in there more but also the basement has nothing.

If the one bathroom is the bathroom that will go with a guest room, you may want to leave the stackable washer and dryer there, and build around it. Guests may really appreciate that. You could always upgrade it to something like an LG washtower if you want something nicer up there.
I have the same type of foot problem and I’ve been to number of specialist. The best thing that works for me is a frozen water bottle and roll your foot with it multiple times a day it helps pull the paint off.

Knock down the wall dividing the bathrooms, make your master bath bigger BUT also make the closet that’s attached to the bathroom a little bigger too!

I would put the other big tree in your “favorite room” porch/ office/dining room and put a different tree in the kitchen area for sure like I read in another comment.
