Would've have been amazing to add a night shot of this penthouse, just to see how it looks at night bc my dream is to just sit outside the terrace at night, wrapped in a blanket with a warm beverage and watch the city come alive at night.

The photo on wall at 4:26 was taken in a public housing estate in Hong Kong, a former British Colony until 1997. That estate provides thousands of small tenements (the area of each unit of that housing estate is just as large as the bedroom of where this photo is hanging) for major population in Hong Kong. It is quite a contradiction between these two

The penthouse is sophistication unraveled. It's luminous and has very clean lines. The 2-way fireplace is awesome (we love fireplaces). Fantastic views of the city inside and the outdoor spaces. Superb tour S. team!

Great penthouse....I love it!! But IMHO the main drawback is the fact that this building (the 'Even Hotel') only has 6 condo residences towards the top of the hotel, and thus far none has sold as yet (the developers are hoping to sell this main penthouse first, and then thereafter renovate the remaining 5 other residential spaces/condos and try to sell them). So anyone who buys this penthouse will be the only condo owner in the entire 38-story Even Hotel building...which is a bit lonely for a condominium building. Every other person in that building (on the lower floors) will simply be tourists from out of town, staying there at the hotel temporarily. Also, while the building (Even Hotel) has many of the typical hotel amenities, it lacks a swimming pool. If the building was converted to half condos and half hotel, this penthouse would be a no-brainer of purchase. Take this awesome penthouse (all 4321 square feet interior and 1500+ square feet exterior) and put it in ANOTHER building (even another mixed-use 5-star hotel + condo building), and it would've sold 4 years ago when it first hit the market at a $16 Million.
But as it stands right now, there's just no sense of 'community' in the condo section of this building. I think that's among the main reasons the developer has found it difficult to sell this beautifully crafted penthouse unit.

Sadly, I read that the current Hyatt Hotel will be torn down and a bigger building (Hotel Commodore) will go up in its place, thus possibly dwarfing the beautiful Chrysler building,depending on what view you have. Hopefully the views don’t change too much for this nice looking Art Deco design.
