      Usually the GPU gets installed leaned over beside the motherboard with a riser card on tiny builds. The airflow is a non issue since those cases are perforated from every side. Good luck.

    • @umamifan

      It look so sleek and professional. No gimmicks, no tacky features, no over-the-top "gamer" aesthetics. Just simple, all black, single blower design at a small size. You really can't beat it. Sure, there's cards that are cheaper to game with. But if you use professional software, and also prefer to have a small, no frills PC build, then this is it. This is peak minimal design.

  • @hoodie_ninja

    Nvidia should have released a version of this card with game ready drivers and labeled it a 3050ti... Even with the enterprise drivers, it still competes with a 3060 while using half the power, so I could only imagine what it could do with proper game driver support.

    • @Swallowfire

      This is nVidia we're talking about. They wouldn't do that just for market segmentation's sake. Why give consumers a good in-betweener option when you can either shunt them to the low-end option where margins are still thick, or to the higher-end ones where they're even thicker?

    • @fjjwfp7819
      @fjjwfp7819 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      But it'll cost the same price as it does right now. Will people actually buy it? So the supposed RTX 3050Ti will cost the same as the 3080 MSRT, with 3060 performance, and extremely efficient.

    • @fjjwfp7819
      @fjjwfp7819 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @sedrosken831 So for the same price you can get a 3070 easily, which will outperform this card. For most people don't need this level of efficiency, so why would they sell them? Also they are likely so highly binned for efficiency I doubt they can even make that many to be able to offer it to the consumer market anyway.

      Overall divorce isn’t that bad….after going to prison for getting into it with her (she really is a bitch)…i was able to get my same job back, and my child support payment was 14,000 upon release…anyways I get full custody of the 4 kids and the house….I seem to have more time for myself and the stresses of life….I finally paid off the child support and got my video games…including a steam deck for myself. The only caveat was that I’ve turned asshole ish towards females….given how easy it is for a lot of them to receive support and overall society is easier on them…and when they complain to me…I let them know yeah you want all this good “shit” that men supposedly have, but they don’t want any of the bad it comes with. Oh and I finally filed my taxes and claim the kids for the first time ever, and I’ve received $20,000 in October…funny thing is that she claimed them…in 22 knowing that she lost custody in June of 21. And I guess she just found out…and said she is reporting me for fraud, yet I told her “I just reported you to the irs legal documents and all” And I know many of females have this sense of extreme entitlement. That will give more energy to…fighting for their agenda or clout chasing. Than to actually sit down and work honestly.

      @@Swallowfire I bet you'll see a tangible uplift on the A2000 as not only do higher temps cause throttling, but nvidia chips will also opportunistically boost higher the further they are away from temp targets. Working on a video about a mini PC with a Ryzen 5600H. Would be very easy to gut it and transplant it into a PS3 shell. You wouldn't be able to add a full size GPU in the future if you went that route though. Difficult.

    aye finally another 1600af user, sorry to be a pain but do you undervolt your chip ? as i noticed no oc, i would highly suggest mucking around with your chip and seeing how it goes as mine can oc/undervolt pretty well considering its a very cheaply binned chip (this was before the inserted cpu upgrade my bad)
    also in regards to the cpu bottleneck prior i noticed both first and second gen ryzen struggle to maintain 60 in a lot of games which could be a lot of reasons to say the least
    this video was a great watch and its nice to see such a low power rig, hope life keepts going up for you man !!

    That's a great video! Surprised of how well the A2000 did for it's size! Speaking of electricity bills, I disabled the PBO on my CPU and oh man. My Ryzen 7 5800H now draws 29W in full load and a staggering 12W in gaming! The performance is also about the same, I only lost like 3 fps in RDR 2 so not a big deal (the CPU stays at 3175mhz with PBO off). Ryzen CPUs are extremely power efficient. A friend of mine also disabled the PBO on his Ryzen 7 3700X for the same reason as me

    I went through this same exercise over the holidays. Bought the same GPU to upgrade my small secondary media PC I mostly use for streaming and emulation. I ended up upgrading the CPU as well afterwards. I've really been enjoying this low profile card. Thing is a little beast for it's power consumption. Found it on Amazon as a refurb as they are pricey retail.
