Ako ay taga Abra, "ITNEG" from "MAH-ING" tribe, ang salita namin ay "KANKA-NAEY ASSA" halos pareho sa Kalin-ga at Mountain province kankana-ey ang pinagkakaiba lang ay sa sounding o pagbigkas. Ang word na BAKNANG sa salita namin ay "KADANGYAN"....."Ay matagotago tako lusan Ifugao asnan ka IGOLOTAN" it means: Long live all people in the mountain...

add to your research. Madam, Im ifugao and we have 3 major languages. KALANGUYA, TUWALI, AYANGAN...Ifugao people get hyperly offended upon hearing a word Ipugaw in the Kankanaey sentece... they mighgt thought of saying that ifugaos are bad or good yun pala the last child in a family. Ipugaw.
