I use Magic eraser on ceramic stones and Diamond plates with no water due to water will rust plates over time

You should wear gloves if you use Bar Keepers friend, it contain Oxalic acid which will damage your skin.

If I use oil, I’ll just grab a toothbrush and some oil eater cleaner. Degreaser seems to work great.

Your comment bar keepers will etch your sink , immediately sent up a red flag in my mind.
The sink contains a high percentage of nickel and the diamond stone is nickel plated.
It may damage you stone as well.
I would stick to the eraser
