Very Nice!!! I just recently contacted Colt Archive Properties, LLC to find out what year my exact same python was made, they said per s/n June 13th 1961. It looks just like yours except mine has inscribed on top Police Chief and Nickname. On the right side grip is an inset gold police badge personalized. I'm glad to see your video as all my guns are current and my grandpa had this revolver. I am not sure what to do with it when my days come around. I want it to be in good hands of someone who would really appreciate the quality. I'm not sure if that year or model is desired by a collector or not. Anyways i LOVE your pistol and thanks for posting it!!! Scott

New Pythons, eh. Trigger pull on them is horrible. They have a sub par finish…not even remotely close to the quality of an early production Colt.
If you like them though… have at it!
