Kelesan'ruhn - "Brzeg" Simple Cottage

When you've lived in the same house for 20 years and the landscaping is finally starting to do what you want it to, but your furniture no longer matches. You have more books than bookshelves and you've long since given up on putting them back where they belong. You could swear it rains way more often than it did when you moved in, and you haven't used the patio in weeks.
Oh and it's about time for a new roof.
This house is a tribute to my own real life home. Since I'm not great at replicas though, I took true statements about my own house, then designed this house based on those.
I built most of this house back in January 2024, and it sat as a WIP until the beginning of April when I finally realized what it was missing.
Named for the song from the original Witcher video game, "Brzeg" (lakeside/riverbank)

Thank you for your kind words and the feedback! I don't usually get much in the way of video feedback, just the houses themselves. I've always been worried if I let a video run too long, or spend time on the wrong parts that it'll turn people off of it. But, I am certainly willing to give it a try moving forward, especially if it'll help convey ideas that others can use! Thank you.

I love your signature circular architectural features, and I love the lost-in-the-woods feel of the landscaping. The white trunks of the birches are perfect, especially at that time of day. Another one to my playlist of houses I wish I'd built. :D

Aw thank you! You're too kind! 🧡 I love the birch trees in this game, they were one of my first go-to trees for an autumn feel. I may need to revisit this one soon now that there's more autumn foliage!! There just might be some space for a few leaf piles.

Thank you!! The round window is just two [High Isle stairways, tilework] put together and turned on their sides!
