Beatrixpark parkrun 20th May 2024

My results have really deteriorated over the last couple of weeks for some reason - maybe temperature related - maybe because i dropped the weekly slow 10km from my training routine (knees cant take it) anyway - 166th different location, 1st in Netherlands, im on a tourist streak of 149 - ive been saying for a while i will kill the streak at 150, but I cant lie - I am having second thoughts about that :D

No, just like we have an extra run on Christmas Day in the Netherlands they have one on Whit Monday
