Brentwood parkrun 29th June 2024

another tough one, powerof10 website list as the 37th toughest parkrun of around 800, about a minute faster than last week (but of course it was a little bit easier despite being very hilly) - still happy with my time - faster than I was expecting on a course like this, i've briefly looked at the footage, seems a bit bumpier than usual after i messed around with the settings during the week in an attempt to deal with low light settings better, so Ill take a look later in the week.
