Thanks for this interesting recording of history.Some newer than 1963 scenes added at the end, given the presence of the HR Holden station wagon. Built staring in April 1966.

Was that Sir Henry Bolte at about 50 secs?
Yes I think it is Sir Henry and I am pretty sure that is Lindsay Thompson with him
Most of these guys would be WW1. I suspect many of them wouldn’t recognise the country as it is today good and bad
Those blokes would be shocked at the state of the nation and Western civilisation in general. They'd wonder what they fought for
