A Pivot Table helps to get an overview of the data represented in the Excel spreadsheet and it analyze, summarize the data for easy analysis, quickly extract the data from any part of the Pivot Table and show only relevant data in our reports.
In this video you will learn how to a pivot table that will allow you to analyze your data faster in ten minutes. It works with Excel 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 for Windows & Excel 2011 for Mac.

Summarized Steps:
1. Select the table or cells (including column headers) containing the data you want to use.
2. From the Insert tab, click the PivotTable command.
3. The Create PivotTable dialog box will appear.
4. A blank PivotTable and Field List will appear on a new worksheet.
5. Drag the respective field items into respective box and Build customized table
