    Healthy Energy Oatmeal Cookies, without sugar. They are so easy to make and require minimal ingredients

    - 20g flaxseed
    - 90ml water
    - 250g oats
    - 0.5 tbsp cinnamon
    - 150g peanuts (chopped)
    - 60g raisins
    - 150ml agave syrup (or any other liquid sweetener like honey or maple syrup)

    I have nothing against sugar but I hate misleading. This is full of sugar, forget about the fruit but how about the agave? Its pure sugar in a different form than cristals but still sugar

      2. I totally agree about raisins and agave, but the sugars they contain are natural,
      which are different from the refined sugar, AND chocolate was sugar free. Thank you

      @@HealthyFoodChoice1 Sorry but this is not true. The body doesn't care much - chemically speaking they are all the same. If you want to reduce or cut out sugar, agave, maple sirup and honey are just the same and therefore not a "healthy" substitute for sugar. If you want something sweet, eat whole fruits. If you need a binder for the cookies or bars, however you wanna call them, use an unsweetened nutbutter instead.

    Put the peanuts in a plastic bag and roll a mug over them instead of chopping🎉
