Made these cookies a couple of times following the recepie, but the next day they were brittle and dry, so I tried something different, and it worked like magic....I added a cup of almond flour and an extra egg, bake them same way and the results were a moist chewy cookies 🍪 that stays like that for days in the fridge😋

You placed your hair that way so people can see how long it was. So no big deal,It's okay. you and your family must be use to hair in your food.

I made this for the first time and here are my thoughts. I LOVE the consistency of the cookie!!! I used monkfruit so next time I will make them a bit sweeter. Actually I am going to my parents house tonight and promised them peanut butter cookies so I am going to make them sweeter 😊 and give an update. The peanut butter cookie is very good, but I’m a sweet tooth so I know I need to use more monkfruit or maybe add some vanilla extract.

These are delicious and easy! I recommend adding a little more salt to the recipe to bring out the peanut butter flavor. Also, the cookies feel really soft even after ten minutes or a little more in the oven. But they will firm up nicely as they cool. I would wait 10 min to even take them off the baking tray or they could break.

    My variation:
    Dark Chocolate PB cookies:
    1 cup creamy PB
    3/4 cup sweetener
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 Tbsp oil
1 heaping Tbsp dark cocoa powder
Just mix together well and shape into cookies and bake as usual.
