How to play Reinhart in DnD :
Take 20lv of whatever warrior
Then 20lv of whatever paladin
Then 20lv of whatever ranger
Then 20lv of whatever rogue
Then 20lv of whatever cleric
Then 20lv of whatever barbarian
Then 20lv of whatever sorcerer
Then 20lv of HEXBLADE warlock
Then 20lv of whatever bard
Then 20lv of monk
Then 20lv of druid
And after that ? Repick fighter, paladin, and everything else exept warlock, wizard and artificier because Reinhart ins't an arcane spellcaster.
He has hexblade level because he has a pact with his blade.
His blade is a Moonblade +3 which is Vorpal, can be thrown, deal 1d6 more slashing dmg, and 1d6 thunder, fire, and lightning more dmg against fiend, dragon and undead.
Just remember that Reinhart can only use self buff because he has so much magic reserve that he can't unleash his mana.
With this build you will have 20 in each stats, and 24 strenght and constitution because of 20 barbarian, and you will also have every feat possible.
What ? Level max is 20 ? You can only choose one speciality for each class ?
Reinhart is the ultimate deus ex machina and power gamers wet dreams. Deal with it.

He has the power to have all the divine protection which are passive style "The first attack cannot touch you no matter what. And the second. And everything after". "Your attack never miss" "You resurect upon death"... And thats just 4 of his 9999999999+ fivine protection.

anonyme Checked him out in the wiki. Honestly, that joke was kinda weird because he is completely unable to use magic other than a physical boost, which means that all arcane classes are out by default.
His status as the sword saint don't matter because that's just a really strong magical item.

I'd like to point out that Demiurge's power to control people is literally "Dominate person", not suggestion.
7:18 Suggestion? That's not the suggestion spell, Demiurge clearly uses the 'command' spell. Suggestion is more subtle and people can be affected by suggestion without knowing the spell was cast on them. What demiurge does is exactly what is described on the 'command' spell description.

@@Slade951 I don't know how easy it would be, but Overlord is heavily DnD inspired as the writer is a big DnD fan. Also most Overlord characters have official character-sheets that could be (easily?) transformed into DnD character-sheets

Well Ristarte appeared even earlier but she was a bit hidden. In the ep about part time jobs, you can see her back on the background and she is buying food. You can recognise her due to her hairstyle and accesories.

For what it's worth Pandora's Actor is the same level as ainz canonically. Level 100.
Yes, he is Great Dopleganger with the ability to shape-shift into any character including 41 members of his guild, while retaining 80% or original's stats, and as far as we know can use all their skills and spells. Pretty OP.

Isn't it funny that overlord is based on D&D. Then you make a video turning the characters back into D&D characters.
Well it is based on the Japanese RPG that was inspired by D&D, so that makes D&D its grandfather (or greatgrandfather if you count Yggdrasil the game as a separate stage). The core concept of racial levels and job levels makes it rather difficult for some characters to turn them back to D&D.

Simple Kaede is a commoner playing a videogame
that bit about pandora being right up there with ains in character level actually makes sense in-lore: all of the guild's guardians were equivalent in power to a top-tier endgame character and heavily specialized towards specific combat roles designed to hard-counter character builds that were good against other parts of the guilds defenses.
Pandora's Actor in specific was designed to function as a do-all-do-*something* character, basically his job was to go around copying whatever gave him an advantage against the strongest remaining opponents so that whoever was left by the time they got to him would usually be facing a counter to them regardless of their stats and gear. so in the long defensive fights he was designed for he ends up being MORE op than Ains himself assuming similar gear quality.
ps, it makes me sad that shaltear didn't get anything in this, would've been neat to see someone try to make a vampire into a paladin/cleric in D&D, and I don't mean just any old paladin I mean an old-school holy light spewing anti-undead specialist.
edit: oh...uhhh, well crap: wrote this before seeing the end of the credits and missed something horrible: maple would be utterly completely absurdly BROKEN in D&D for one very simple reason: she can just straight up go out and get herself completely free bonus skills at-will. all it takes is eating something that has the ability she wants | getting attacked by the thing she wants a defense against | or a short side-quest with a god dam free skill as a reward...I guess you could flavor the questing ones as stuff she gets from leveling up but other than that? she is about what you get if you okay someone's homebrew Slime race without reading the small print first.

Please do overlord you don’t even have to watch the show (although I would definitely recommend it) a TH-camr named AniNews did a series called Overlord explained doing a great break down of each character with different videos for there skills and ability’s and one for there lore and personalities.

@@dancorps1388 no items don't transfer. Normally pandora's actor only gains 80% of the stats of what he transforms into and that's how he is "balanced" in universe in addition to not copying any of the items, idk if we can translate that into dnd
@@spyro2002 True Polymorph just copies the target's physical abilities (including natural attacks and such) without copying any magic items or powers, so it'd just be a homebrew variant that allows Actor to copy all the target's abilities at a reduced potency.
Ainz is likely benefitting from the epic boon of high magic, if he had cast time stop twice. It would grant him a second 9th level spell slot.
I am surprised he didn't do an overlord video yet, considering that's the anime closest to d&d we have.

In IQ the spell Ainz cast to control the weather isn't actually stated out loud (If I remember correctly). But since we can see Super Tier Magic circles, it has to be Creation, which allows him to alter a biome in any way he wants. He used it in Overlord Season 2 to freeze the Lizardman lake. (He probably did that to see if there were any powerful enemies nearby rather than "Not wanting to get his robe dirty with mud" as he said)
Also yes, Pandora's Actor is level 100 in Overlord, like Ainz.

in konosuba the devil king is the guild girl that takes care of everything.
many friends of mine think that the ruffian is the devil king but i think konosuba is smarter than that and is porpusely making him appear in places where he shouldnt be as a distraction. meanwhile we have the guild girl who is as much or more important to the plot than the ruffian since shes the one that gives quests so i think the show might only be trying to fool people into thinking that the devil king is the ruffian. either her or chomusuke.
Idk why the devil king needs to be a charachter we know. I mean, there is no evidence we have met the devil king, we hace 2 generals hanging out eith the cast who SHOULD know who the DK is and honestly, why would the devil king be intersted in the town of adventurers Axel instead of trying to infiltrate the capital.
assassination classroom would be a great idea for a "in d&d" video since theres a spinoff where they are in a rpg.

Ainz Ooal Gown probably stays back, officially, while he takes the frontlines as Momon…

If u read the Overlord novels at least u will realize that is based on 3.5 edition and all the guardians including Sebas and pandoras actor, are lv 100 with items of world class. Also they can use skills to multiply spells power x100 (Example: the goal of all life is dead). And pandoras actor has a problem he can become anyone coping exactly his presence and power. But he can only use the 80% of the power that the person who is coping has
Lord Ainz can easily dismantle the entirety of the world despite his actions, you really should watch overlord sometime
edit: forgot to mention but you got a lot of the power levels of characters heavily wrong, especially the overlord characters, they are all equivelant to gods in and of themselves

Yeah, I argue Paladin. She does get that particular power from a god/God, but he doesn't intervene directly. So Channel Divinity works better I think.
As an Overlord fan would love just a video on them and also Time stop for Ainz is really nothing especially if you account for all his items that are reality bending
Fun facts about overlord, sebas is a dragon(simplified but semi accurate statement) , pandoras actor is the same level as ainz (just as aura mare albedo sebas shaltear demi and all other guardians). I would strongly recomend you to watch overlord since most of the power system and the like is strongly inspired by d&d (author started writing becouse group he played with could no longer function due to conflicting dates and life in general)
I want to mention that Venir also reads Subarus mind when Venir is first introduced
Aqua is bassicaly a lv 20 cleric char with a diviny template but with 4 of intelligence that is forced to roleplay the char

A bit late, but ironically I'd say that Kazuma's second best skilĺ IS commanding. In fact thats why he was paired up with Demiurge and Tanya. Kazuma's best skill is of course fighting in underhanded ways and thinking fast tho, but commanding the group of fools that is his party is probably the second thing he's best at
kyouhukou's name means duke of terror, for obvious reasons.
Also nuclear blast is not really a meteor swarm, its more like explosion with lots of stat debuffs
Lastly all of the guardians and sebas are max level.

I think Log Horizon might be pretty easy to D&Dify, the problem is the truly massive size of the cast, if you do decide to go the Log Horizon route then you're probably going to have to break it up into several videos with each video focusing on a different set group
