35 years old now and have been doing carpentry since i was 15. Touched every part of building a home and home renos. Im start the hic here in the next month or so. I feel i have a great grasp of what is need and all that. When i start home inspections i will still do carpentry un till i get more and more i believe i will always do renos tho

Thank you for sharing the knowledge and advice! I'm an inspector, and I love your idea of doing home flipping as younger inspectors. The only obstacle to us is cashflow that needed for flipping a house in this crazy market. House and materials are so high in most areas, and so are life expenses. What's your advice on how to balance our salary and investing, such as a house flipping project or any other side hustles during the first few years? Thanks!
