When u have a government where the people who are supposed to be working for "the people" are not present, we no longer have a democracy. What we have is a dictatorship, where a select few decide who gets what, and those few are at the World Bank. They control all of it. They and their few friends get all of it, while we, the people, the majority, get the crumbs. It is a very sad state of affairs.

Alan Grayson is a politician whose bipartisan leadership speaks for his character -> A man of convictions, a believer and Patriot of the American Constitution - Noticed his brave stands concerning defending the Bradley Mannings and Ed Snowdens. I'm very sorry that he thinks that MORE sanctions on Iran i.e. confrontation is the right way, but concerning everything else, his Ron Paul alliance on many subjects - I would have to vote for him if I was from Florida. The rest are usually in committee meetings. But it goes into the Congressional Record, and it's seen on C-SPAN and by the public in the gallery, and it shows up here on TH-cam. Which is probably more valuable than having Congressmen sitting in the chamber.
