Wrong information on non construction extension charges. It is 4% ,5% 6% per year respectively after 3 years

Yes sir it is. I said 1%, 2% and 3% because I add % after three year on yearly basis. So it would be same either you say 4% in first year or 1% on 4 year and so on. But in your term it is easy to understand. Thanks for catching this point

In YEIDA....Is lease rent 10% of (Allotment cost + PLC + Water + Sewage Connection) ? Or only 10% of Allotment cost ? Please confirm.

Sir plot value ka 10% . Allotment plot value me PLC aata hai. Uske baad ke expenditure alag hote hain.
