Thank you for this tutorial. Here in the US there was talk back in the late 1970's and early 80's of going metric, it never came to fruition. Changing the elevation from imperial to metric in the game was not an option that I knew was available. I need to look with more depth at the settings this game has to offer. Bunker design has been an issue for me in the past and showing the three different methods which are available has helped me enormously. This tutorial almost seemed like one of your Design 201 classes. Thanks again and look forward to your upcoming tutorials!
Does anyone get large lips on their bunkers (using brush technique)? I've seen canucks bunkers and other designs where the lip is minimal, mine are almost like a see through section around the thing.???
It has something to do with using objects not in the theme, like trees that belong to another theme. Watch his preview video from a week or two ago, he explains it there.
It works if you place the bunker using splines, not brush. Then select the 'second surface' as fairway. Placing bunker through splines is hard to make it look good though
Use the spline function or when you’ve selected a tree hit the L3 (on PS4) for multi plant. You can increase or decrease the size of full amount then also. It takes up a lot of the plant meter so use as sparingly as possible. I’m sure Andre will have all of this in an upcoming video though so keep an eye out for that.
Hey I hope you can answer this, I’m trying to create my home course and A lot of the holes have a lot of elope on the fairways, almost an extreme amount and I’m having trouble creating that in the game but I know it’s possible. Any ideas?
@@Crazycanuck1985 Now if I could just figure out how to go to just theme trees. I use a mouse and it says click the right mouse button, but that doesn't do anything, I'm still stuck on "all."

I strongly recommend against creating your home course on your first try. Get comfortable with the tools first.
Crazycanuck1985 yeah I definitely will practice first just having trouble creating a hard consistent fairway slope that isn’t too bumpy
