Tugtugan 2023 (Dec. 20, 2023)

Welcome to Tugtugan 2023! We have an eclectic programme for you this year, ranging from anime music, video game music, Broadway, pop, rock, classical, OPM, heck, even the French National Anthem! So if you’re into any of these genres, sit back and enjoy, because there’s something in this presentation for you.
This year had been…rough. With the resumption of face-to-face classes, students had another period of adjustment to contend with. Compounded with my being indisposed for four months due to a major medical procedure, it’s a marvel this recital even came into fruition. I credit the hard work and perseverance of the participants as well as the unwavering support of their parents/guardians. They are the reason why Tugtugan 2023 is being presented to you now. So thank you, students and parents, for the effort you put in bringing this together. There’s no better gift.
