Thank you for visiting my country. If you can visit the Philippines again before Christmas so that you can experience how the Filipinos celebrate Christmas and New Year.
Hi, actually the Philippines is among the most underrated tourist destinations when it comes to traveling in Asia and South East Asia region but nowadays tourists/travelers like you appreciate and admire especially the unique natural beauty of the country as compared to its neighboring country which are more popular destinations to the tourists. Enjoy the Philippines guys😊😊😊
Amazing country full of natural beauty from beautiful pristine beaches, mountains, waterfalls, fantastic cities which everyone enjoys and most of all the friendly and hospitable Filipinos you will receive throughout your stay....oh not forgetting the karaoke they enjoy 😊

Just got back from 2 months in Phil. Dove all over the planet, some of the most remote and exotic. And everything I went for is all here in the Philippines. Also, on land, so much to explore you could make youtube videos for years. Highly highly underrated.
Hello! New subscriber to your channel. Loved the shots you made; they were spectacular! I am glad to see you enjoyed your stay in the Philippines. Your channel would surely help Philippine tourism because of your genuine sincerity and love for the country and its people. Thank you!
I'm glad you pointed out the dead corals and its causes. I feel very fortunate to see live very colorful corals 20 feet from shore of a small island off Mindoro Island in late 90s. I was so amazed on seeing all the colors underneath the sea the first time I saw it. Today, I feel so sad whenever I see bleached corals featured by many ytubers in videos taken from different parts of the country. I hope future generations would realize the difference between live and dead corals. Nobody seem to care anymore.
We share the same memories of those stunning corals of Puerto Galera Mindoro back when it wasnt spoilt. I was so fortunate to see it. Those were unforgettable memories. So otherworldly beautiful back then.
I love everything about the video, the cinematography, the storytelling, the honesty, and of course the appreciation. The islands and the people will wait for your next visit :) Maraming Salamat!
Thank you J&W for this vlog showcasing this country. Being an underrated tourist destination is what makes this pristine raw natural beauty of the islands a prime destination for many. The warmth, hospitality and generosity of its people is an endearing culture for all people. Mabuhay and come visit the Philippines again.

Watching this from Maryland. I was born and raised in the Philippines but I haven’t been to these islands. Thanks for sharing. By the way, love the cast away scene around 8:02… I thought Jake just had too much of San Miguel or Red Horse beer on their way to Panglao Island😂. Kidding aside, great vlogs overall and thanks again for these informative videos- I’ll definitely add these places to my bucket list.
Jake Welly , I can’t thank you enough for putting my country in such a positive light, I agree with your point of view in every way and I’m glad that you had a grand time. I do wish and this is maybe a selfish desire on my part, I wish for my country to remain unnoticed . I can live without the accolades and recognition because with much tourism comes a lot of negative effects that can destroy the beauty, serenity, and purity of the environment and our people. I have seen that in boracay which I’ve known before they had electricity. I also acknowledge the financial aspects that tourism brings to the region. It’s just a wish for me to see these places to remain as they are for as long as possible. The beauty of nature untouched is becoming rare and few and I wish for the future generation to have the chances we had to experience nature as God made them. It’s just a wish for me. I will follow you to Palawan and I want to see the awe in your faces the moment you realize the gift that’s in front of you and I knowing that you understand how I feel as I write this comment.
Thank you Sir and Ma'am. Because you did experienced that amazing greatness, it's just a dot of piles of rice seeds due to plenty and lovely areas that was just there in our underated but truly you both can justify that ❤❤❤❤ I'm a Filipino and I love my country, Philippines 🇵🇭

A local tour guide said that most of the corals were destroyed during the super typhoon Odette, caused by the boulders and debris carried by the flashfloods. As far as I could remember, the southern Cebu coastlines were teeming with live corals, huge ones. As of this time, a few survive and the local government is setting up stricter rules for tourists to protect the remaining live corals.
