How to Operate Fork Lift Machine | Fork Lifting Truck Training Malayalam | A2Z Institute | RobMyShow

In this video we are demonstrating, How to operate a Fork Lifting machine. Today we are at Kochi, Kerala with Aravind my friends having an institute for teaching heavy equipment's. They include fork lifts, JCB's, Hitachi's, Hydra cranes, Tower cranes etc.; The A2Z institute has various courses for teaching heavy instruments and helps to attain the various licenses for these heavy instruments. A2Z Institute has a legacy of 45 years and its the first Institute in Kerala to issue a heavy drivers license from Govt of Kerala. The 71 year old Maniyamma is leading the institute and is Indian Book of Record holder - Women with most number of categories in Driving license. She holds the driving license for two wheeler, three wheeler, four wheeler, LMV, Heavy License, Crane, Fork lift, JCB, and so on. She is a strong lady and a motivator encouraging ladies to get trained to operate heavy machineries.
Fork lift machine is a simple goods loading and transit machine mostly used in warehouses like Flipkart and Amazon and other big factories. The fork lift machine has a front fork to load the goods and can be moved from one location to the other. The Godrej machine used in the video can lift a weight of 3 tones. It is simple to operate an Fork lifting machine. The vehicle work on hydraulics for lifting the goods. The steering is hydraulically assisted and easy to handle. The forward and reverse moments are controlled by a gear - FNR (Forward, Neutral & Reverse). The additional gear is used as a load gear for lifting heavy loads which gives more torque for the fork lifting machine. The fork lift machine has a lift cylinder and a tilt cylinder in its front for goods carriage operations. The lift and tilt operations are controlled by two gear levers in the cabin next to the steering wheel. The front tires are drive axles and not steerable, while rear tires are steerable. The back side of the fork lift has a counter weight to balance the vehicle while lifting heavy loads.
Learning to operate heavy instruments can give you a lot of opportunities in India and abroad. There are lot of job openings in UEA/ Middle East / Canada / UK and Australia. A2Z Institute for heavy instruments is the only institute in South India that can train you to operate a tower crane.
