You barely scrapped the table. If you play the video instead of a screenshot it’s easy to see that vast majority of CM Punk’s weight landed on the ground. Concrete or not, the padding is no where near the padding in the ring. Of course it hurts if there was no table or all it would’ve made things only a little worse,

That's not what he said? He said Punk told him about a meeting that was happening. If you don't know, by that time, Punk had already been Heyman's righthand man for a year at that point, before ECW was even revived, when Heyman was running OVW. It was a rumor, and recently it was confirmed that Heyman had Punk involved with the writing of the show, so it really isn't that out of the ordinary for Punk to be telling people about a meeting.
Man I didn't know this story. Crazy how everything surfaces on the Internet and all this time so many people said he was dangerous. I think CM punk will have a meltdown and get in trouble for sure

People mainly sided with Phil all those years because WWE was getting ALOT of flack from fans at the time for both their quality and mistreatment of workers, so it was easy to accept his story.
However I knew something was wrong when after Phil had people hating on you for being unsafe, that I saw those videos of you being kind to fans while Phil has outright admitted to being a A-hole to fans in his interviews. Yeah something was really off with that picture.

I'm a writer for a wrestling website and have been writing for almost 15 years. Out of all the wrestlers I've ever spoken to, be it interviews or just casual conversation, Punk is the absolute worst human being to interact with. He truly believes he is the messiah of pro wrestling, and I'll agree, he's good, but his attitude and backstage personality ruins everything about to me.

Philly Phil. Always a good promo..great on the stick. Great at drumming up hype and creating an atmosphere in pro wrestling. He's good at drawing attention.
