    The way I see it, this is WWE's way of keeping Eddie's legacy alive. Kids born after Eddie's death would have never heard of him if they didn't keep his legacy alive.

    The irony is, Chavo is mega wrong. Rey was forced to join the LWO. The member that never was part of it was him. Chavo was never part of the original LWO in WCW

      Chavo is technically right as Rey wasn't an original member and only joined later due to being "forced" to.
      He's also not salty, just saying, the WWE were clearly out of ideas as to where to take his character [the 'heel mode' bit is clearly hypothetical arguments against the Eddie angle] and rehashing [with a twist] the Eddie stuff is good - he even compliments it in this exact clip you just watched.

    Eddie Guerrero is the perfect example that one can always live inside everyone's heart despite not being present with us for 18 years. For me I feel he's still alive today due to the huge legacy he's left behind.

      No I get it... I only have two celebrities I can't watch videos of them anymore unless I'm ready to deal with emotions Eddie Guerrero and comedian David Arnold. Eddie was my favorite of all time and I cried watching the tribute the entire time like he was my family. He made a imprint in my childhood and I wish he was still here.

    That custody match intertwined the Mysterio and Guerrero lineage. Dom is an adult now and has full authority to move that storyline forward. Eddie is more relevant than ever now because of it.

      I used to think Chavo was way underrated in WWE after Eddie passed. He really had no gimmick and was pretty much just a midcarder/jobber. He could have done a lot more. He was good on the mic, and a decent wrestler.

    My favourite acts from WCW where all the mid cards. Eddie, Melinko, Jericho, Juvie, KDog, Nwo was boring after the first year. Wolfpack was aight, but the midcard was their strength and provided us more than the bigger names. And yes we really miss Eddie!!

    Yeah I call BS, Rey had to relunctantly join the LWO and was forced to lose his mask. He was the only member to never willfully take off the LWO shirt. The only reason was because of IRL stuff got in the way involving Eddie which prematurely ended his run. But yeah Rey was in the LWO, look up some history Chavo,

    It's ironic for Chavo to criticize Rey and Dominik for using Eddie's name and legacy to get over and for monetary gain when his entire run in TNA was basically the same thing and it didn't work out for him.

      The difference is Chavo is a "Guerrero" and Rey isn't. TNA had Hector Guerrero too. His last name is "Guerrero", Oh! All of neckbeards remind me of CM Dump. Go lick ice cream off of his ankle, that he injured trying to jump on grown men, expecting hugs because he came back to wrestling.

      @@Enhancement_Talent the difference is, rey is actually over with fans and actually cared about eddie and pays homage to him. chavo was never over and tried to stand in eddie's spotlight for himself, then took his gimmick and move set after, to get himself over. nobody interviews chavo to hear about chavo, they just to hear about eddie. rey is famous without eddie, chavo is not.

    Dom is ironically the only person that I want bringing Eddie up in wrestling today. Like, the custody ladder match is a perfect excuse to ape some of Eddie's shit, no question, but he definitely needs to build some of his own stuff so it doesn't get stale and torpedo him.

    Eddie Guerrero is a GOD in WWE. For his family to give Dominik that kind of approval says a lot about the kid. WWE might just have finally found its young Hispanic superstar for the next 10+ years if they play their cards right.

    I think Chavo is right on this one thing that he said at the beginning of the video. All the previous years that they would bring up Eddie ALWAYS felt like a cheap pop....😢 which sucks because Eddie is such a legend. But this storyline is a great way to bring him up. Its actually believable in the story and not something that felt forced.

    I like dominik and im proud that he is paying homage and showing love to eddie but far as trying to be like eddie and borrowing his mannerisms i can see him taking a piece of an influence from eddie. but there is only one eddie no one cant be him.and i hope one day we can see him evolve into a image of his own.
