I could not work out how to format the cards (the type and capacity of which I was able to discover elsewhere); each video online for different models seem to have a different approach and nobody does the CT9900. I feel uncomfortable in a Sword of Damocles (or even John Cleese) to be using unformatted expensive cards. Please, can any help?
Hi, I have installed a Sandisk 128gb Disk. However, the maximum length of my clips is about 5 minutes, whereas my GoPro Hero 4 just keeps on recording until the battery expires. How can I resolve this problem? I have contacted Crosstour and all they recommend is lowering the resolution, which I have done, now I can, possibly, squeeze out a 9 minute clip. I’d like to record just like my GoPro, is this possible? Thanks, and a great video 👍

I accidentally left my crosstour action camera in the rain, without the waterproof case, and some water got inside it, behind the lens, clouding the lens. Does anyone know how to fix that? I kept it near a heater, hoping that would evaporate it, but it didn't. I wonder if I should do that for a longer time. I also stuck it in a box with a little dehumidifying thing that people put in their closet to keep things dry, but that didn't work either. Ideas?

Great review! I just received mine today, and when I powered it on, it bypassed language selection and went straight to date/time. Now it's stuck in a language foreign to me. Do you know how to change it to English? 😂
Other videos noted the quality is better in 4k60 with EIS off, good to see you show it with it on as well. The camera sounds good on paper, but clearly is not worth the money today compared to the gopro quality, looks night and day. Just because it says 4k60fps doesn't mean the quality will be great, thanks for samples.

Hey, thanks for your comment. The external microphone offers improved directional pickup when compared to the in-built microphone, which makes it ideal for interviews or vlogging. The quality of the external microphone is reasonable, but could be improved. I think it is a good addition to the kit but something that you could upgrade at a later date. All the best, TruePreView.
