In reverse bias micro dmps will come due to Voltmeter connected across the diode if you remove voltmeter across the diode no current shows in micrometre micrometre reading depends on voltmeter resistance of the DC voltmeter pl note No current flows through diode in Reverse bias characteristics pl reffer VK Mehta text book priciple of Electronics of 1992year edition same words he mentioned in small letters in bottom
