I used to be athletic and I was in track in HS but I injured my knee and couldn't finish but I still walked but now I am overweight ajd miss being the athletic girl I once was cause I stopped walking and ate more. In the softer beginning it symbolizes before the hurricane 00:00 to 1:46
Then it starts to get "stronger" symbolizing your arrival 1:47 to 3:10
Then it becomes smooth again symbolizing the eye of the hurricane (the calmest part of the hurricane) 3:10 to 3:31
Then it becomes strong again symbolizing the return of the winds 3:33 to 4:54
And in the calm end again, because the winds passed 4:56 to 5:20

The song was soldier, and then I wanted to find some aerial silks routines for that song and then a routine for breathe came up and I decided to listen to her other songs and this has got to be my favourite I love it so much

My ghost friend Andy just passed away today from liver cancer. It was at 3 a.m. He didn’t have much to say before he passed away to his family and friends, except for: ''i love all my friends, but not romanticly. friends can love each other, but it is just like a family. they love each other, but not romaticly.'' then just like that, he was gone. I was devastated when I heard that he passed away when i woke up that morning. I now feel comfort here when i think about him because of this song. It’s a truely beautiful song and is now one of my favorites. I loved and appreciated Andy with all of my heart, so I hope he is now happy in heaven with his best friend, Jim, and Calvin, his grandfather,.

Even though I know this song is about worrying about getting your heart broken, it reminds me a lot of the abusive relationship I was in and how I'm still not over it. And every time I see her I just break down after. I act calm and composed even though it hurts so bad. It's too much. But it keeps happening, over and over, no matter how much I think I'm over it. I'm not. I don't know if I ever will be.

Some experiences are more lasting, more devastating than others. But i assure you, as time goes on, it will get better. But first *ALLOW* the healing to take place. You have the power not to constantly think about it. I thought i wouldnt get over my mom's death to cancer. She died 7rs ago this yr. And i kept replaying her death in my mind. I mean its natural to grieve and there is no time constraints to move on. But at some point, we have to say I wanna totally heal from this and move on completely. Its up to you.
When we are sad we dont want to be happy thats why we listen to this type of song to stable our heart.....................
