How do you get away with the high prices? If I even increase mine 20% they won't pay. Even lowering my diagnosis costs. I've watched your video on it but my patient's are tight lol
Dang!! The price increases makes patients unhappy but the diagnosis drop usually more than offsets this. This must mean they are unhappy about something else. Usually this is going to be wait time, because it gives patients chance to by hungry/thirsty/bored. You can either solve this by putting out vending machines and arcade machines, or add in extra diagnosis/treatment rooms in order to speed things along. It could also be that diagnosis is taking too long due to lower skills staff members.
Each to their own really! Personally when I play for fun I don't do it cause I like to make the hospitals look nice, but it certainly gets the job done!
