Actually on the most recent update on the FAQ about Ink, it states how "Ink does not wish to have a romantic or sexual relationship with anyone" so he is definitely aromantic but the asexual thing is kinda up for debate lol. Uh sorry if I come off as rude or anything that is certainly not my intent just trynna share what I know.

But for the sake of this AU, he's just asexual, so he doesnt do the sexual attraction part, but is too busy to even care about romance and such, which is where the aromantic side kicks in but he isnt as open about it as the canon In my AU, I try to make everything as canon as possible while still trying to add my ideas and storyline to it, so I have thought about the canon

No. That's what aromantic means. People mix this up a lot. Asexual us lack of sexual attraction, so they never see or like or though of the idea of having sex, but there are asexuals who dont experience sexual attraction but have sex to show a connection or comfort for their partner
It's just him not feeling sexual attraction or isn't interested in having sex, that's all. Some people mix up Asexual with Aromantic, which means not interested in any relationship
