I had a pretty severe Vitamin D deficiency that I wouldn't have known about had my doctor not asked about any history of cancer in my family and my mom telling about my grandpa's colon cancer. Recent studies suggest that Vitamin D isn't just for bone health but also for intestines kaya my doc wanted to check that I didn't have a deficiency since colon cancer was already in my family history.
I'm also suspecting myself for ADHD and a book I read about it talked about common nutrient deficiencies include Vitamin D, magnesium, and Vitamin B13 (? idk dude I forgot) among other things.
Your videos really makes me feel excited to be a working individual. Parang ang sarap (?) lang nung thought of living alone, adulting, being on your own (well for now, it is too me lol). Omg! I knew it. I felt it! Na UP graduate ka hahahaha i agree with getting quality shoes! Dati din nung college sa UPD, isa lang talaga yung shoes na ginagamit ko EVERY SINGLE DAY. Yun yung Keds na Leather Champion in white and umaabot sya ng isang taon sa akin! As in EVERY SINGLE DAY ko yun ginagamit, lakad from one building to the next, Kalay to Math, kayang kaya, kahit umulan okay sya kasi di agad pumapasok yung tubig sa loob. Nakatatlong pair ako nun hahaha tatlo lang kasi last yr of college, iba na yung binili ko na shoes. 😆

2. Board certified Dermatologists (Is the clinic have derma like this? - Only them will know the accurate heat setting of the machine para iwas itim sa UA or other parts)
3. Machine to be used (mas maganda if magresearch ka na para matanong mo sa consultation)
4. Pre consultation to assess your hair type (thick/fine hair) and skin type.

I agree with ms. thea. Health is in number one...mg plant based diet ka nalang mam or gulay ulam lang... sabay execise at tamang pahinga...iwas ka sa gastos sa daming gamot...
For the waxing, i bought an epilator instead. Nasa 3-4k yata yung binili ko (for legs and underarms) more than 5years ago and so far ok naman and convenient na rn nung nagkapandemic. Depende na lang kung hiyang ka siguro.
Same dn sakin sa phone case/protectors. I change my iphone once in 4yrs so feeling ko mas nkakatipid pa dn ako. although yung nabili ko na more than 1k nasira after 3yrs, meron yatang nasa 2-3k na may lifetime warranty, they will replace it pag nasira, next time yun ang itry ko.

Before the pandemic I used to go to Starbucks at least 3x a week tapos customized pa drink ko, so that’s easily ~600/week! Ngayon, my coffee costs 30-35php/day (Nespresso capsules costs 300-350php/box of 10) Feel ko sobrang ROI na ako dun sa machine ko 😂💕

+1 din dun sa hair removal na hndi waxing. Nagssave ako for high quality na epilator, though alam ko hindi permanent na maaalis ung hair pero mas tipid pa rin kesa every month na nagpapa-wax.

Another tip is to pack your own lunch or snack. Now i know not everyone knows how to cook. So pack your snacks nalang. Make a sandwich or bring a biscuit sa office. Mas tipid kesa bumili sa convenience stores.😊
