I tried registering on my local authorities righttobuildportal, but as I am right at the beginning I didn't have the answers to their questions, does it hinder my application if I have TBC next to some of the questions? Is the process to first draw out the plan, in reference to the ''Sense check'' and then fill out the application on the portal? Many thanks
