Thanks. I mostly make the videos to amuse myself. So far, I've found nothing more difficult to do than filming a flying bird from a bouncing boat. What a challenge!
You need to correct this video Bob. It may be the fastest BIG boat in NA but Eastport has a Bird Boat/Whale Boat a lot faster than that one @Eastport Charter!! LOL. Had a good bird trip today and am loving getting the birding bug and learning more. Another great video, thank you for sharing.
It would be outstanding to take a whale watching boat to see birds first and whales incidentally, instead of the other way around, which is what I usually have to do! Sign me up for next year!
I did that once in Washington, but the captain sounded so concerned over the loudspeaker because I was constantly looking the opposite way from the rest of the group that I gave up. I wasn't really prepared to identify random seabirds flying by at a million hours a mile anyway, but we did see a bunch of whales and I still saw a bunch of new birds hanging out on the coast as we went out anyway.
I'm enjoying your videos so much I subscribed!
I really appreciate your description of the habitat. It has made me a better birder, your videos also just make me happy

Another terrific, informative video, thank you!
Some clever editing on this one to get the talking in front of the boat crowd!
the glassy water is stunning
Gave you a sub. I enjoy the videos.
Thanks for the sub!
Bravo! What a day :)
Awesome video!

Absolutely! Whales are just distractions.

Nice greenscreen.
Could be better.
Pelagic birding is not my cup of tea. The boat's incessant rocking makes it difficult to get a good look at the birds
