That last seal was played with. That orca could have easily grabbed the last seal if it wanted to. Second fastest dolphin means second fastest swimming mammal.
I’m always rooting for the seals, they’re absolutely adorable! Orcas are incredibly fascinating creatures but I hate seeing them tossing seals like frisbees 😢 Nature is scary
They are SOOO clever its quite scary. Imagine if they were land animals how much more scary that would be. Much worse than chimps with sticks to fish termites out of the holes. Great filming, lucky little seal at the end, though I wonder if they just went back and tried again til they bumped them off one by one.

This was the first time I’ve heard this kind of build-up intense music on BBC. And it was orchestrated so perfectly. That whale was inches from snatching that seal and the music made it sooo much better and nerve racking.
Love seeing Orcas in there natural habitat and not SeaWorld they need to be FREE they stay with there family they also are extremely intelligent they work together we need to all protect these Beautiful animals ❤
it isnt happening on daily basis since there are still other marine prey for the Orca's. This is on the atlantic part of the world where food is scarce on icy waters so they predate on what is available.
