Hello, if you are not giving a due medication due to the codes 1-9, do you have to record this on the last page of the MAR chart in the ommitted/delayed doses section? or is that only for code 10

Yes, you have to add all omitted drugs to the last page of the chart.

About TDS drugs, the timing of 08:00/14:00/22:00 is it correct such as Ventolin in the video, or it should be 06:00/14:00/22:00?

Different medications can have different times required to be given even if both of them are TDS

NO IF PATIENT IS ALLERGIC, READ THE DRUG NAME AND OMIT , NO NEED TO READ THE REST AND SAY THAT YOU WILL ESCALATE TO DOCTOR

Read it in full for first page, but for all other page just read only the patient name to confirm that all pages belong to same drug chart.
