You can also look the pictures with Vin Diesel (6 ft) and David Beckham. You will see Rock is in no case over 6'3
The commentator sounds like he’s about to fall asleep
he's a beast
Stay natural and stay alive
On the videos, the wide lat pull downs was most impressive. That was good control for that weight and wide is much harder than narrow.
You should look up Ezekiel jackson
Rock in shoes is 6’5”. He’s really around 6’4” maybe a hair shy.
Would love to see how strong terry crews is
it's in the making buddy
I've seen him in person deadlift 550 lbs, hang clean 225 lbs, incline 315 lbs and bench press 365 lbs - all for reps. He trains fast and does a lot of supersets.
The hormone test, what's the outcome if they come back low. I've just been told in a polite way tough shit by the NHS after years of complaints and bloods. That low test and messed up cortisol is something I gotta live with. And if I can't work go on benefits, if I can't perform in a relationship, be single, if there's mental health get anti depressants 🤣 gotta laugh, good old NHS
NHS are hopeless, they judge everyone on the same range regardless of age and symptoms. Although it's another expense you're best off getting private treatment from a TRT clinic. I can highly recommend TMHC. link to them: themenshealthclinic.co.uk/
@@StrengthUniverse brilliant, I'll check it out. I didn't know this was an option.
I kept asking them to treat me as an individual but they were having none of it.
You should do a Tyler1 video. Dude is strong for his size.
he always looked jacked as hell but never was that strong like Lesnar or Cena not even close.
His Bench and Squat are actually pretty close to Lesnar and Cena, not quite as strong but nit that far behind
@@StrengthUniverse lesnar squats over 800 pounds
@@watersandblue6001 no he doesn’t. I’ve already covered Brocks lifts in an earlier video
@@StrengthUniverse i don't if watched pro wrestling sir. Lesnar in his first run in 2002 lifted guys rikishi or big show (over 500 pounds) easly up. John Cena lifted two wrestlers up at the same time one was big show. Rock never was able to lift people like that.
@@VladB561-h6q A SSB squat is not comparable. I made a video on Brock a long time ago, so feel free to watch that and draw your own conclusions
How strong is the Big Show?
Thanks, Coming in the near future
Imagine what he’d look like if he took steroids!
Bill goldberg please
Eventually, although stats are very very hard to find
I honestly lost all respect for the rock when I found out he was on creatine.. I always thought he was natural! 😢
The Rock isn't strong at all for his size.... but he does not train that way. He purely trains for looking jacked in movies and freely admits it. The guy is a beast... but in static strength... meh....
How can he be a beast without being really strong
I mean the look alone is not an enough standard to call someone a beast
@@abdellah7879 he is a beast due to training methods. He works HARD at looking good.
@@thewelfaregourmetbut saying he is not strong is crazy i mean for example his bench is pretty impressive
@@abdellah7879 it is crazy for a regular person. But not a 275lb strength athlete. It is all about who you are comparing him too
@@thewelfaregourmet what ?? Dude a 450 lbs bench press is impressive even for elite athletes.
The rock is 6,2.5 i met him. i am 6,1.5. Do not believe wwe bullshit
The height wasn't taken from WWE it was from his College football stats
@@StrengthUniverse Trust me mate he is 6.2.5. Even collage stats are a lie mate. great channel by the way
The Rock is NOT 6'5. He's about 6'2, maybe 6'1.
I always lift the athletes stated heights, for the Rock this is 6'5" as is on his Football states and WWE. Whether it's true on not who knows.
@@StrengthUniverse No worries mate, your research is excellent, and as for height, there's literally no way to exactly know beyond measuring him yourself. I've seen a picture of him right between David Hasselhoff and Zac Efron, tho, and he looked very noticeably shorter than Hasselhoff. As I say, tho, your video or research are not the problem, merely people misreporting their heights. Keep up the great work!
6'3 is the correct figure ,may be
The internet is even more inaccurate than the actual numbers. 6 1 is nonsense for him. You guys are always putting people way below their real height, and less accuracy on height than the people you're trying to correct.. You make it even more inaccurate than what they're saying is my point. He's not 6 5, but 6 3 for sure. Be careful of putting out bad information. I see a lot of people posting really really inaccurate heights on here, and I always think these people on the internet are even more inaccurate than the people they're trying to correct.
@@billj4525 He's noticeably shorter than 6'4 Hasselhoff. 6'3 usually doesn't look noticeably shorter than 6'4.
So listen. What statistics go into how you measure this stuff, cause I'd like to do myself
It starts around 2:40.
He's actually 6'2 and 260-270 lbs
His weight has flutuated between 230lbs and 290lbs. I got his height from his University of Miami and NFL football stats
He's not 6 ,2 people are being naive , The Rock is 6,4 he looks as tall as Hulk hogan , Batista , Randy etc he is not 6,2 hes clearly taller than Brock lensar n HHH both HHH n Lesnar are 6,3 people say whatever on the net he's not 6,2 LoL
@@satellitekhan2300 it’s funny mate, I make a video about the Rocks strength and yet many of the comments are slamming his height
@@StrengthUniverse Lol it's nothing new. People would always nitpick on others, and when they couldn't find any flaws, they invent one. In this case, height.
@@weaver3636 ok relax you fanboy
I feel like Dwayne doesn't really post his strongest lifts because he has such a huge following and doesn't want to be compared to other elite lifters. He already has visibly seemed uncomfortable next to ifbb pros and or anyone taller than him. That's just my opinion.
Elite lifter? 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️. He’s not even close to elite. You must be joking.
Bring us Stone Cold Steve Austin oh hell yeah
Well first lets be fair..he is genetically gifted, both with wrestling DNA and Polynesian hertiage. He was a star LB for the Miami hurricanes.
Second he has always juiced..
So does it really matter how strong he is...I mean he has such advantages to begin with
Id be willing to bet he could deadlift 600lbs at one point
Yes that seems plausible
He’s 6’3” on a good day
عالی بود ممنون
IT DOESNT MATTER HOW STRONG YOU THINK THE ROCK REALLY IS?!!!
I don't "THINK" anything, the claims in the video are from his teammate and interviews
@@StrengthUniverse It was a joke based on his wrestling catch phrase. He wasn't coming at you.
@@MovieMuscle dude, I’m so sorry…..doh 😂

I burst out laughing reading this and seeing the reply from Strength Universe, cause I knew exactly what you did by talking like The Rock, hahahahaha.
Definitely a strong guy but nothing too special especially considering all the advantages he has available
hello there m8

Great Gama vs brain shaw
What constitutes strong? Obviously a guy this big and looks this hood has to be somewhat strong
I mean he is compared to most, but nothing crazy compared to another real strong experienced lifter.
definitey strong but not off the charts...he could do more if he really wanted to push himself
How Strong is Scott 'Flash' Norton?
Supposed 640-650lb bench press on gear
@@nbaldwin45 and 495 lbs shoulder press for multiple reps in addition of over 800 lbs squat.
@@abhinavkumar547 he was a beast!
@@nbaldwin45 Hey bro, do u have any idea about the best lifts of Matt Morgan? I have heard that he was a powerlifter before becoming a pro wrestler.
@@abhinavkumar547 I read he benched 580lbs - I think he was at the University of Hawaii and broke the bench record there. He has really long arms though, better built for pulling. He was 330 or 340 before he went on Tough Enough though - a legit 6’8” or 6’9”. As tall as Nash.
Strong as a rock maybe
The Rock doesn’t do any static lifts.
ermmmm, he's in the video doing several
54kg each hand for reps? My opinion he can bench at least 190kg
He is definitely stronger than The Pebble.
