It is funny that you say that because 96 was the only year that Peter Luttenberger was ever relevant as a cyclist. But he was in the middle of the start of the younger bike riders that were relevant in Cycling and the drugs like Jan Ullrich, Marco Pantani, Lance Armstrong, Richard Virenque, Alex Zulle, etc. It only makes me wonder if he did not dope as much and just became irrelevant after 96 or if he was on the drugs just as much and was just not good enough in spite of what he was or was not using
@@Rvdecwthug theory is he just stopped doping after his big payday in 1996 and was fine with the money he would have never won otherwise. And it helped him staying under the radar
