Never played it... but has spent 6 hrs now.... going to spend a couple more during the weekend. Think i will be buying this. Combat feels a little bit cluncky, but im a noob and not particularly good at video games in general ... It feels like something i will enjoy . At least for long enough to validate getting it..
Ah, i guess I only sorta indirectly mentioned it in revamping the player experience but yes, new reworked story though you can only sneak peak it being level called at 30.

I'm guessing 100k+ players on launch. You saying "I work with 50 gamers" means nothing, that sample size is insignificant
Unreliable devs, with not much* repeatable* endgame content once you’ve exhausted it. Which admittedly is detrimental to the health of an MMO. October will be fun.
Ive seen this plenty and believe AGS must have miscommunicated somewhere (go figure). There is no monthly sub fee for New World Aeternum but as per each consoles own stipulations, you do need an active Live sub to the respective console.

Funny how the game is so dead we have to look for content in the beta. Then we'll be burnt about 2 to 3 months in. Unfortunately the beta is bugged for a lot of people atm. This is gonna be a flop for sure
Though I can’t argue a content drought, the beta isn’t overly different from the PTR. I’d heard of US east players being stuck on the beach. That’s a little crazy. Will it happen again at launch? Haha
@evilestspartanTV yeah I was us east. I've given new world like 3 last chances but I keep coming back. Biggest hate and love relationship with a game I've had. The beta has been fixed for us east now and actually runs better than live.
Get level 20-ish faction gear and wreck people. Sounds like fun to me in this beta!

I’m typically happy if I can get 1 hour playtime for every $1.00 spent. With over 4000 hours on the initial version, i’d say it’s worth it.

With the free beta this weekend, I’d suggest giving it a go to see for yourself.
It is a very good game, often seemingly being mismanaged.

Console has to Pay a Monthly Subscription fee to play. On top of Xbox live and Ps Plus ect.
